| THE
BEACH

We lay on a
beach
Of warm white sand
The nearness of you
Is more than I can stand
The sun
sets
Leaving a trail of dark red
As the full moon shines
Brighter high overhead
We're
showered with spray
As the waves crash in
And their soft, rythmic
Splashing sounds begin
I lay there
relaxing
Or so I pretend
As these feelings
Are causing time to suspend
You know
what I'm feeling
As you try to prepare
For the scent of my passion
Fills the air
Still I
continue
To take in the view
Concluding it's just not
As beautiful as you
You stir
and then
Turn on your side
Your soft beautiful eyes
Now open wide
You smile
knowingly
And as you do
I'm overcome
With the hottest desire for you
We whisper
"I love you" as we embrace
Knowing we will become one
In this special place
The stars
all gather
In a crowd
For they and the moon
Are the only ones allowed
To witness
the passion
That will leave us both wet
Creating a memory
Not even they will forget !
